How a shift works

Everything happens in the app. This website exists only so you can check us out before you install anything.

Install the app and tell it your area
Phone number, your name, the areas you can reach, and the kind of work you will do. Two minutes. No fee, no documents at this stage.

Shifts arrive with the pay on top
Each card shows the pay first, then how far it is from you, then the date and hours. Nothing is hidden behind a tap.

Accept the one that suits you
Only after you accept does the app show the business name, the exact address and who to ask for at the gate. That is deliberate.

Work the day, get paid that night
Cash or UPI at the end of the shift, at the amount printed on the card. Mark it received in the app. If it did not come, say so and we take it up.

Fair questions

Why can I not see the business name on this website?: Because if you could, so could anyone. Hiding it stops people going directly to the hall and undercutting each other, stops our listings being copied into fake ads, and keeps the agreed pay the agreed pay.
What if I accept and then cannot go?: Cancel in the app as early as you can so someone else can take it. Cancelling on the morning itself, repeatedly, means fewer shifts get offered to you.
Do I need a smartphone?: Any Android phone from the last few years is fine. The app is under 10 MB and works on slow 4G. If your phone cannot take it, come to our Nagercoil office and we will help.
Is there any fee, ever?: No. Businesses pay us a fee per shift they fill. Workers pay nothing, and there is no way to pay us even if you wanted to.
