AssuredGig is not a national portal with a Nagercoil page. It started here, in Kanyakumari district, because the people who built it watched relatives take a day off for a wedding shift that turned out not to exist.
Two of us spend most of the week visiting halls, caterers, hotels and shops. A business cannot sign itself up online. Somebody walks in, sees the place, meets the manager, writes down what the work really involves, and agrees the pay before a single shift appears in the app.

How we grow
One town at a time, and only where we can physically get to the businesses. Next: Marthandam, Tirunelveli. When a town opens, it opens with real verified shifts on day one or not at all.
How we make money
The business pays a fee for each shift we fill. That is the whole model. There is no worker fee, no premium plan, no paid-listing boost. If we ever needed to charge you, we would have already failed.
